Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and type of product. If you believe the product you have purchased has a manufacturer’s defect, contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring products function the way they are supposed to. We will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. It is important you contact us without delay as manufacturer warranties have limitations on the amount of time passed.

What If My Product Is Back Ordered?
In the event that the manufacturing company is out of stock, we may not be able to get your product right away.We will advise you via email as soon as we anticipate any delays, and let you know how long we expect they will be. It generally takes a few days for us to get these details from the manufacturer. If the back-ordered item will take too long, we may be able to suggest an alternative product that will suit your needs.
Returns & Refund Policy
We gladly accept product returns for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling) within 21 days for most items in unworn and in original condition. If you wish to return an item, please bring it back to the studio so we can return it for you. Passion To Fitness will not accept returns on defective merchandise beyond six (60) days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must not have been worn or laundered and must have all hang tags and sewn in tags attached in their original position and condition. Pictures are required for fit issues, fabric issues, or any defects of the merchandise. Please email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your contact information.
