Keep your child fit over the March Break with a week of gymnastics/tumbling/yoga fun and excitement. Our camps are a great way for your child to make new friends and stay healthy. It’s a week filled with tons of gymnastics/tumbling/yoga, games and fun activities they will remember for a long time!

Your child's Camp Day schedule (approximate times):
8:45 - 9:00 - arrival at Passion To Fitness
9:00 - 10:30 - gym time( learn gymnastics skills example: cartwheels, front/back roll, handstand and headstand etc.
10:30 - 10:45 - snack time (pack a healthy snack)
10:45 - 11:15 - supervised arts/crafts or games (example: papier-mache)
11:15 - 12:00 - more gym time ( learn to connect three tumbling lines)
12:00 - 1:00 - supervised lunch/rest time
1:00 - 2:15 - gym time (strength training)
2:15 - 2:45 - Group games (indoor/outdoor)
2:45 - 3:00 - snack time (pack a healthy snack)
3:00 - 4:00 - more gym time (yoga time)
